Rants at a picnic…

At first I thought it was just coincidence or that perhaps the hole had already been there, but now I’m convinced that my shoe has been eating them. And this was one of my best pairs of socks! On the bright side, I guess I’ll be getting new shoes.

I took time off work and drove in the bitter cold up to Amarillo on my scooter to meet Bill Nye. I paid the extra money to be a VIP and go to the pre-lecture reception. I got to eat with and actually meet him in person. I wish I could have talked much longer. I didn’t even have time to bring up the Story of Stuff Project! The power went out toward the end of the lecture, so I’m not sure how it was supposed to end.

I want that hair color back!
